Proudly aligned with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty team in St. Petersburg, Florida, Sandy specializes in single-family, condominium, waterfront properties, active adult communities, and home transition services for seniors.

Sandy’s senior transition services include preparation and sale of the current home as well as providing resources, guidance and support for seniors and their families when identifying a new community to call home.  She works with a team of professionals including senior living specialists, a move management team, and estate sales agents/appraisers all focused on an appropriate downsizing plan and ensuring a smooth and stress-free transition.

Her qualifications include a B.S. in Hotel and Restaurant Management, with an impressive background in real estate and hospitality honed through many years in New York, Georgia and Florida. Certifications include Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Residential Real Estate Probate Specialist, with an extensive background in relocation, and active real estate licenses in both Florida and Georgia.

When she is not matchmaking buyers and sellers for the perfect home transaction, Sandy is passionate about involvement in the community, volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and Tampa Bay Watch, and engaging in fundraising, clothing and food drives for the homeless and mentally ill. Her efforts also support our furry friends at the SPCA, and the Seaside Seabird Sanctuary. Even golfing, which Sandy loves, is often tied to an event for a good cause.
